Unfortunately, Smidgens & Co. does NOT accept returns. Because we are handling cosmetics, for everyone's safety, we won't accept any returns, exchanges, refunds, etc. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your orderv upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Smidgens & Co. does NOT accept exchanges.

Refunds
Once you place an order with us, we cannot give out a refund unless you have wrongly placed the order. Other than that, we do not handle refunds.
